The event / race times appear to be out by an hour or so?

The mostly likely reasons for this problem are :-

1. Your PCs regional settings have changed from UK to another country
2. Your ‘Preferred Timezone’ on Betfair is set to something other than UK Time

To correct the Betfair related issue access your 'Preferred Timezone' setting via the ‘My Profile’ area on Betfair. This is under the ‘My Account’ area on the Betfair web site.
