I get the error, serial number is wrong for this product?

We have following two versions of Bet Angel for Betfair;

Bet Angel Professional

Bet Angel Trader

Please ensure you have downloaded and installed the correct version for the serial number you have purchased.

The version you are using will be shown at the top of the blue log in window where you enter your Betfair username and password.

If you have purchased a serial number for the wrong version by mistake and have not been able to register it please first purchase the correct one then contact support with details of both  and we will issue a refund for the one purchased in error.
