I get the message that authentication is correct but that I cannot log into Betfair. Betfair gives the following reason; messages.

This means that Betfair is trying to contact you and they have left a message on your log on screen. You will not be able to use your account until you log into your Betfair account, read and acknowledge these messages. Once you have done this, you should be able to log in as normal.
