Problem when charts are being displayed, screen flickers,cpu load goes up, application gets stuck

When this happens it is likley that .Net framework has a process running named "netfxupdate.exe" . End the process through the task manager and everything should return to normal. You may also want to re-install the appropiate version of Microsoft .net.
