This can be caused by various different reasons.
- If the application has not installed correctly
- .NETv2 has developed a corruption
- You do not have administrator rights on your computer
The first thing to do is to uninstall Bet Angel. Use the add/remove programs utility within Windows control panel.
Then check Windows update for the latest service packs for .NETv2. Download and install as necessary.
Check your user has administrator rights. Go to Windows control panel - Users - Account Type should read 'administrator'
Restart your machine.
Download a fresh copy of Bet Angel from our website - www.betangel.com/download
Then log in as normal.
