How do I use multiple monitors when using the VPS?

The latest release of Remote Desktop Client from Microsoft allows automatic use of multiple monitors.

Windows 7 Professional and Windows 8 Professional (and others being added) now allow spanning across multiple monitors using the Remote Desktop Client. When you open the RDC, before you login and connect, click on the Display tab and put a check-mark in "Use all my monitors for this remote session" The screenshot below shows this
