My server appears to be offline

If your server is offline and not responding to a connection request, it may be applying a Windows Server OS update.

Microsoft roll out operating system updates at least once a month.

If you can wait half an hour or so, you may find your server starts to respond again. So we suggest waiting for that period and trying to connect again.

If you have waited more than 30 minutes, then there may be a problem, and you should contact support. We will not know your password if you have changed it, so you may want to provide that to us so we can investigate fully.
