I'm Getting 'Error 1500' When Installing Bet Angel

When trying to instal any versions of Bet Angel if you get a message saying; 

'Error 1500 there is already an installation in progress' 

This is a general error thrown by the Windows 10 installer rather than anything specific to Bet Angel.
