You do not have permission to use the Betfair API.

This error is usually caused by a number of things.

• You have a message waiting on Betfair that is temporarily blocking your account.
• You are not allowed to access Betfair via the API from your country

If you have checked these three and still can use then software then please contact support and we can investigate.
