I haven't received a reply to my email?

Please make sure you add the domain "@betangel.com" to your safe senders list in your email client. It is possible that our emails to you are being blocked. We usually respond within 24 hours to queries but response times will vary depending on how busy we are. Please try not to send repeat requests or else your query will automatically join the back of the queue.
