I have placed an order but not received a serial number.

Serial numbers are generally sent to you automatically immediately you have placed your order. If you have not received one then it is possible we were not able to issue one or there was a problem or delay in processing your order.

In this instance please send use the contact support form to send us your Betfair username. This will help us get you up and running as quickly as possible. If you are desperate to get set up quickly then please try ordering 24 hour access and we will refund that order when your are properly set up.
