This usually means your firewall isn't allowing Bet Angel access to the internet.
Try temporarily switching off the firewall or internet security software and restart Bet Angel to see if now allows you to log in. If so, reconfigure your firewall to grant Bet Angel full access to the internet.
If you are still experiencing problems then install and run our diagnostics tool and send the results to us. The diagnostics tool is available from the download page of the website.
